Swoobz holds an Anjouan licence issued on 15 July 2026 to Knaack LLC, and it is the most unusual entry in that batch. It bills itself as “Fluid iGaming” and combines a casino, a sportsbook and prediction markets on one floor.
It also carries a line most new casinos would never print: no cash wagering yet. Swoobz is licensed and live, but at the time of review it is running as a beta where stakes are paid in Ownership Points rather than money.

A Casino That Is Not Taking Money Yet
The floor is divided into three: casino, sportsbook and prediction markets, with a founders tournament advertising a $10,000 prize and a live leaderboard showing players identified only by code. Underneath it all sits the phrase “real OP stakes, no cash wagering yet”.
Ownership Points are the site’s internal currency, and the pitch is that activity on the floor spawns micro-markets you can then bet into. It is a genuinely novel design. It is also, right now, not gambling in the sense the word is normally used, because you cannot stake or win money.
What That Means for a Review
A casino that has not opened its cashier cannot be assessed on the things that matter most: whether it pays, how fast, and what happens when a withdrawal is queried. Those questions have no answers yet. Anyone publishing a payout verdict on Swoobz today is inventing one.
The licence is real and the site is real. What is missing is the entire operating record, and a beta phase is not a substitute for it. Worth watching, not worth judging.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths: an unusually candid beta notice where most launches would blur the point, a genuinely original product idea rather than another white-label skin, and a licence record clean enough to confirm exactly what it is and is not connected to.
