Winstler opens on a gold ankh, a tomb full of treasure and a 600% welcome figure the size of a house. It is a handsome enough front page. The interesting part is what sits behind it, because we have now seen this exact page sixteen other times under sixteen other names.

That is not a turn of phrase. The left-hand menu, the three tiles under the banner, the wording of those tiles, the order of the popular games and the footer line about being “by players for players” are identical across the whole family. Change the wordmark and the colour scheme and you have Gxmble, or Seven Casino, or Dracula, or the Mad Casino we reviewed earlier this year.

Below we set out the seventeen brands we could tie to Winstler and how we tied them, what the casino itself is actually like to use, and the rather large gap where its licensing information ought to be. A selection of other casino sites is there to browse through as you scroll, too.

Winstler Sister Sites: Seventeen Skins, One Casino

Most sister-site research starts with a licence register, because a register turns a hunch into a citable fact. Winstler gives you nothing of the kind on its own site: no licence number, no company, no registration. The Anjouan register supplies what the casino will not. winstler.co and winstlercasino.io are both filed on it, alongside most of the brands below. The two licences are Anjouan ALSI-202412035-FI2, held by Rabocse SRL and running from 28 December 2024 to 27 December 2026, and Anjouan ALSI-202606020-FI1, held by Exceptiosoft LTD and running from 12 June 2026 to 11 June 2027. Thirty-six domains sit across the two of them. We set this out in full when reviewing Slottio. So we went the other way and compared the sites themselves, which in this case turned out to be a stronger test than paperwork would have been.

We took four sentences that appear on the Winstler homepage and footer and looked for them elsewhere. “Cashback only valid for VIP-customers.” “24/7 Human live-support to personally assist you around the clock.” “Lightning fast deposits and withdrawals using your favorite methods.” “By players for players!” Eleven other casinos returned at least two of those four, word for word, alongside an identical navigation rail and the same three popular-game tiles in the same order. Several more matched on layout and title but sat behind a bot check on the day we looked.

The terms documents settle it. Winstler and Gxmble carry the same agreement clause for clause, down to the numbering, with only the brand name substituted, and both route disputes to the same Caribbean court. Two casinos do not independently arrive at the same clause 18.1.

One clarification before the table, because the naming in this corner of the market is deliberately slippery. The brand we list as Wildzy is not Wildz, the well-known Rootz-operated casino, and Winstler is not Winzter, which we reviewed separately and which the evidence puts in a different family altogether.

Sixteen of the seventeen are pictured below, each logo taken from that casino’s own header on the day of writing. Kingdom Casino is missing because its lobby would not render for us, and we do not show a logo we have not seen for ourselves.

The Lobby Is Better Than the Branding Suggests

Strip away the tomb-raider artwork and what remains is a well-built casino. The provider list is long and unusually mainstream for an offshore brand: Play’n GO, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Novomatic, IGT, Scientific Games, Playtech, Betsoft and Habanero are all filterable from the menu, and the shelf is deepened considerably by Asian studios such as JILI, Spadegaming, CQ9 and Fa Chai that most British sites never carry.

The live floor is drawn from Winfinity Live, 7Mojos, Vivo, XPG, Iconic21, BetGames.TV and Lucky Streak rather than the usual Evolution monopoly, which gives it a slightly different feel: more speed roulette and auto tables, fewer game shows. Collections such as One-Cent Wonders, Cosmic Reels and Greek Mythology do a decent job of making a very large catalogue navigable.

The Bonus, and the Line Underneath It

Six hundred percent up to €9,500 is an enormous headline, and the 20% cashback badge beside it makes it larger still. Directly beneath both, in small grey type, the site says “Cashback only valid for VIP-customers”. Winstler deserves some credit for putting that where it can be read rather than burying it fourteen clauses into a terms page, but the headline and the reality are clearly different products.

What the site does not publish anywhere we could find is the wagering requirement, the maximum bet while a bonus is active, or the cap on what a bonus can convert to. Those three numbers decide whether an offer of this size is worth anything at all, and their absence from the promotions page is the single thing we would want fixed.

The Paperwork Gap

This is where the review turns. A casino footer normally carries an operating company, a registration number, a registered address and a licence seal you can click. Winstler’s carries a copyright line and nothing else. There is no licence number on the site, no regulator named, and no company identified in the terms, the privacy policy or the about page.

The one thread we could pull is clause 18.1 of the terms, which puts the agreement under Curaçao law and sends disputes to the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. That tells you roughly where the business sits. It does not tell you who the business is, and it is not the same thing as showing you a licence. The AML, KYC, fairness and dispute-resolution pages are all present and all readable, which makes the missing licence detail stranger rather than more forgivable.

Winstler is a better casino than its paperwork deserves. The library is broad and properly sourced, the sportsbook is real, the live floor is more varied than most, and the site is quick and tidy to move around. Nothing about the experience feels thrown together, and the family it belongs to is large and long-established rather than a fly-by-night skin farm.

But we could not find out who runs it, and neither can you. No company, no registration number, no licence to check, and a bonus whose terms are not published in the one place a player would look. For a British reader that stacks a known unknown on top of an unknown: no Commission protection, and no operator to hold to account if something goes wrong.
